Cancellation Policy

* **Processing Orders: Orders that have entered production, stitching, packing, or customization cannot be cancelled or changed.
* **Shipped Orders: Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
* **Custom Orders: Made-to-order and personalized items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
* **Refunds: Approved cancellations receive an 80% refund. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
