Great for neck pain and targeted pain relief of joints, muscles and injuries. Wraps perfectly around the neck, knees, wrists, ankles and more. Cool aromatherapy blend of lavender, peppermint and eucalyptus is known to help with relaxation as well as fever, cold and sinus symptoms.

Warm Therapy:

Place Skinny Wrap on a clean surface in microwave. Heat for 60-90 seconds or in 15 second increments until warm to the touch. Do a quick touch test before removing from microwave. DO NOT OVERHEAT!

Cold Therapy:

Place Skinny Wrap in a sealed freezer bag to keep moisture out. Place in freezer for 1-2 hours before use.

Recommended Care:

Store in a plastic bag in a cool dry place when not in use. Not recommended for more than 20 minutes use at a time. Do not place chilled wrap directly into the microwave. Allow to warm to room temperature before heating. Always monitor while microwaving. Stop heating immediately if you hear popping! Spot clean only.
