Travel folding Mancala/Kalah Board made from Authentic North American Hardwoods. It is finished with danish oil with silver hinges and latch providing a simple elegant look suitable for leaving out on the coffee table or elsewhere in the living room. The tokens are glass rocks of multiple colors. Folds up and stores all the tokens inside so perfect for Traveling and/or just keeping things tidy. Game board is 12 inches by 4 inches when open and 6 inches by 4 inches when closed.

All wood used is genuine hardwoods harvested in the North Eastern United States or Salvaged Hardwoods, not stained Pine or Plywood. Everything is handmade in the USA not China.

What is Mancala? It's one of the oldest two player games in existence: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mancala . It's easy to play with kids as young as 7, but challenging enough to provide good lessons in strategy.

*Wood Pattern is not guaranteed and can alternate with many stripes or just a few.

*Random Wood Option is wood that I have on hand, which is put together in a fashion I design. It will be a combination of light (Maple/Ash) and medium/dark wood (Walnut/Oak/Cherry/Sapele/Hickory or other woods I've salvaged that are not listed). It will be similar to posted products with either the medium/dark stripe in the middle or edges or possibly more then 3 stripes. The price savings reflects using material I have on hand, not quality of the product. 2-3 woods means it can be 2 or 3 different type of woods depending on my stock availability and artist's choice; while 2 woods is limited to only two types of wood.

*Glass Token colors are random colors, exact quantities of each color are not guaranteed unless a specific request is made to do so.

*Scratch and Dent versions are available at a reduced price (quantities limited), these are versions that during making show an unexpected wood characteristic (a large blemish of some sort) or a chip or scratch is found or it was an experimental new look.
