So, for a smaller painting its less price, wherein the face of the god is not more than 1.5 cms. But for the bigger size paintings, you will see curtains, decorations, backdrops, clear visibility of face, eyes, so it starts at higher price & so on.

Gold Foil (Best Seller): In this type, the gold foils are stuck over a paper sheet, which is then pasted & used over the muck work or chalk work of the tanjore paintings. Glossy finish.

Direct Gold Leaf (Antique): In this type, the gold foils are in raw form i.e. not stuck over a sheet. This type of gold work is rare and expensive, as it gives the original old traditional look to the paintings. Eg: Like silver foils on Sweets. Traditional Finish (Matte Type)

Semi Embossed (2D): In this type, the muck work (or chalk work) where the gold foil is layed, is semi-embossed, giving it a 2D effect. I.e. The gold work will be projected, but the painting will be flat work - This look awesome on all painting sizes, particulary above 15"x12".
