While the front pieces of our necklaces and bracelets have been sealed for everyday wear, do not swim or shower with them.

Make sure to polish the metal on your necklace regularly to keep it shiny and free of fingerprints.

Anything that is listed as "in stock" means it is already made, and we only have to ship it to you. That being said, we still say 1-3 business days to ship the order out to account for the off chance we may be traveling or otherwise not able to get something in the mail the same day as an order comes in. This is not the norm, and usually orders should ship by the next day.

Standard shipping - for us that is USPS First-Class Mail - is 3-5 business days, and we offer this for free. If you need a package sooner than that, please select the "USPS Priority Mail" option, which will get it to you in 1-3 business days for a $5 additional charge.

We observe major holidays and weekends, which are reserved for family time and general recharging. Please know that any messages received over the weekend may not be answered until the next work day. Thank you for your patience and understanding with this.

We do not accept cancellations. We do not accept returns unless an item has been damaged in transit. We may accept exchanges depending on the circumstances.

**After 7 days post-delivery, purchases are no longer eligible for exchange, refund or replacement.**
