I've just created a printable food and fitness planner for myself and wanted to offer it for you as well here in my Etsy shop.

This is a digital download, there will be no physical product shipped to you. The benefit of this is you can print out just the pages you need and you can print them over and over again!
It's 49 pages of charts and logs to keep track of your food and fitness goals, logs, and progress. (You'll be printing out the same pages multiple times in some instances for daily plans, charts, etc.) Here is what's inside! --->

Printing Instructions
This Food and Fitness Planner is letter-sized. (print at 85% for an A5 size). Bind as you wish.
Print front and back: flip on LONG edge.
EACH MONTH: Print pages 13-32
EACH WEEK: Meal and Snack Log: Print pages 24-25 for each day. For instance, print pages 24-25 seven times which will get you a week.
Workout Tracker: if you need extra workout tracker pages, print pages 26-27.
PROGRESS CHARTS: Print pages 38-39 for as many as you want
COMMONLY CONSUMED MEALS: Print pages 42-44 for as many pages as you want.
BREAKFAST IDEAS, LUNCH IDEAS, DNNER IDEAS, and SNACK IDEAS: print pages 19-22 for as many copies as you want.
NOTES: print page 23 for as many as you need
PROGRESS TRACKER: print pages 33-34 for as many as you need

I usually print these out on 28 pound white paper (or 32 pound paper is even better) and just stick them right into my planner or journal. The heavier the paper, the less chance it will tear out of your binder or planner by accident and helps resist bleeding or ghosting from your pens or markers. It helps the page turn easier too.
Worried about ink-heavy pages? Do like I did and enlist in the HP Instant Ink program! I’ve saved so much money on ink since I did a year and a half ago. They have different plans, but the one I’m in (the most pages) is that I can print up to 300 pages worth of ink for just over $9.99 per month (they have plans for less pages as well). You can choose lesser pages for a lower rate, but I do a lot of printing between coupons, planner stickers and other things. Go here to check it out:

These files can be easily printed onto 8.5”x11” sticker sheets.

Print at "Actual Size" for each sticker to be original size, or scale as required. MAKE SURE THE IMAGE IS AT 100% TO PRINT AT THE RIGHT SIZE for the planner page.

(Though not all pens or markers will write well on the clear ones). If you don’t want to use sticker paper, you can print them on card stock or regular printer paper and glue them down. Honestly, the sticker paper is the most economical way, however for everyday planning stickers. Regardless of the type.
