Rooster Rain Gauge

Here is something unique for your yard or farm. These are adaptable for mounting on the side of a post or on top of a post or rail by simply bending the mounting tab at the pre cut slot @ 90 degrees. Our rain gauge silhouettes are made from 16 gauge cold roll steel and powder coated. Powder Coating is a durable outdoor finish that will last a very long time. We do our own powder coating to keep cost down and quality up. The rain gauge tubes are made of glass so be sure to turn them over in the winter. 5" glass tube and zinc plated hardware included. We use our 5' x 10' plasma table to cut the designs. After the design is cut the dross has to be removed using a wire wheel. The piece is then polished using a sanding disc. Then the metal solvent dyes are applied using an air brush. When we are using our air brush with the metal solvent dyes we color each piece a little bit differently which makes each piece unique. Powder coat is a long lasting finish. We do our own powder coating to keep the cost down and the quality up.
