This listing includes seven 100% wool fabrics in textures and plaids. Colors include blue, tan, rust, dark check, taupe, red, green plaid.

You can choose the size you like to work from the drop down menu when ordering. The photos show the largest size, the Fat 1/16ths.

These fabrics have been washed and felted by me and are perfectly felted and ready to use in rug hooking, applique, sewing projects and craft projects. This variety of colors and textures are just waiting to be added to your wool "stash"!

Here are approximate sizes depending on shrinkage during the felting process. Each piece shrinks differently so the seven pieces will not all measure the same.

Fat Sixteenths - approx. 6" x 15" to 7" x 16"
Long 32nds - approx. 3" x 15" to 3.5" x 16"
Fat 32nds - approx. 6" x 7.5" to 7" x 8"

Cotton Monks Cloth is 100% cotton woven with two warp threads and two weft threads. It is great for hooking with all cuts of wool, from fine to primitive cuts. It is less expensive than primitive linen.

Primitive linen is 100% linen, the most durable backing fabric. It is more expensive than other backing fabrics. The evenly spaced weave makes it great for all primitive cuts, #7 and wider.
Beginnners usually have an easier time hooking with linen.

Both are fine and long lasting choices for the backing to support and make your hooked rug durable.
I use both types and enjoy working with both.
Yes, if the difference is $2.00 or more. Etsy calculations, especially on orders with multiple items, can add up to more than the actual shipping. I will let you know when your order is ready to ship if you will be receiving a shipping refund.
