An aspect ratio is the ratio of the width to the height of an image.
We use aspect ratios because many of the common print sizes share aspect ratios. This means for each file, you can print in a large number of sizes.
- We provide you with several large high resolution files which can effectively be shrunk to fit smaller paper sizes with the same aspect ratio.
- Use the chart on the listing to determine what the correct aspect ratio is for the size you would like to print. This is the file you should use, or distribute to your print services.
- Ensure you check 'fit to page' when printing at home.
- We do not advise going larger than the sizes listed in the product listing.

- Download files to your computer and print from there.

- Select “fit to area” to scale to your paper size

LOCAL PRINT SHOP
- Download your files, use the size chart on the listing to determine which aspect ratio file you need
- Load the correct file onto a USB stick and take it into the store, or email through to the print shop.

ONLINE PRINTING SERVICE

- Upload to your favourite online printing service from the comfort of home!

I recommend at least 200 GSM for the best, longest lasting results.

Matte photo paper and smooth card stock works well. I prefer matte paper with prints as it eliminates glare.
✨ If you prefer some shine, semi gloss or glossy photo paper work as well! This works best with high colour or photographic prints.

Want to add some punch to a black and white print? You could use coloured card with black and white prints. In my opinion this works best with typography prints. Feel free to get creative (heart) Think about using some classic brown paper or a pretty pastel pink.

--The quality of the printer and the paper are all going to affect the final quality of your print --

The quality of your print will be as good as the quality of the printer and paper used.
Due to differences between monitor and printer calibrations, the colours may appear differently in print than they do on screen.
Try;
- Checking the levels of your ink if printing at home. Sometimes the printer will attempt to save ink which can change the colour
- Checking your print settings. Try disabling the automatic colour correction. Make sure the settings match the paper type you are using. This is particularly important with photo paper.
- If your image is crooked, please make sure you are loading the paper using the plastic guides on the printer

A .zip file is a collection files compressed into a single smaller file.

This makes it easier to send you a range of different sizes at once.
Most operating systems, including Windows and Mac OS, can open zip files without any additional software. Simply double click on your zip file to access the files contained within.
