How Do I Download My Files After Purchase?

After payment is made, you will be redirected to your Etsy download page. At any time, you can also access your files and your digital download history by going to Your Purchases & Reviews link. An automated instant download email will also be sent to your etsy email address, which will contain your download links. ***No physical / printed products will be mailed to your home address. All my files are instantly available to download. No more waiting to get your purchase! Can I Print 12 x 12 Inch Papers On My Regular A4 Printer?

Yes you can. Whether you use a PC or a MAC, you really don't need a 12x12 printer in order to print your files. Any regular 8.5 x 11 or A4 printer will do just fine. The edges will simply be cropped to size and you'll end up with the same beautiful patterned paper, just smaller. Via the option menu of your printer you can choose to print the image at full size, scale the pattern further down or even change its orientation. You don't need to invest in a 12x12 printer to enjoy your digital papers.

What Is The *.txt* File For?

Due to the amount of images and their high quality, some of my listings are bigger than the file size limit on Etsy, in which case you will get a .txt document with a secure direct download link to your file inside. Open that .txt document, and just click or copy and paste the link provided inside into your internet browser address bar and hit the enter key of your keyboard. You will be redirected to my secure file storage page where you can immediately download your files. It's quick & easy and you won't have to wait for me to email you as they are instantly available after payment, just like any of my smaller instant download files.

Can I Cancel Or Exchange My Order After Purchase?

Sorry no you can't. Digital orders are final and cannot be cancelled or refunded once the order have been placed, due to their instant downloadable nature. Please check your order history to avoid duplicate orders. Digital files are available immediately after the order is placed when the payment clears. If you pay by echeck (bank transfer) or if the payment is still pending/has not been cleared, you will have to wait until it clears to download your files. Please make sure to read the listing descriptions and our FAQ for information BEFORE ORDERING. If you are unsure of anything, please message me via Etsy.

What Are Your Terms Of Use?

My Terms Of Use are very simple; You CAN: use my files for personal, commercial & educational products, create cut and/or print items for personal use, gifts, and finished products. You CANNOT: ** Transfer, share, give, or sell the actual digital file in any digital format. ** Use my products commercially 'AS IS' and claim them as your own. ** Convert my products into other formats (SVG, VECTOR, PDF, GIF etc) or into collage sheets & resell them as they are in a new format. ** Simply print and resell my digital papers in any size or format. ** Create a 'Commercial Use Product'. Any item you make and sell that contains my graphics/digital paper/clipart etc must be for your customer's personal use only.

Can I use your files with my Silhouette machine?

Yes, my files work with Silhouette Studio. For the (Free) version you use the .dxf files and for the Designer (Paid) version you can use the .svg files

Can I use your files with my Cricut machine?

Yes, my files work with cricut explore. You can use the .svg files. The .png, .jpg and .dxf files can also be uploaded into Cricut Design Space but can not be ungrouped.
