I know that no one likes to pay for shipping. Here at the shop I try and get my customers the cheapest yet safest shipping option available to them. If you refuse a package for any reason you will not get any reimbursement. I ship to the address listed on your Etsy account. In case you have an old address connected with your account and the item gets sent back to me and you want the package sent back to you, you will have to pay the additional shipping fee. There is no such thing as FREE shipping. I pay for shipping the first time, but not the second. Otherwise, the items will be donated.

I try my best to keep my shipping prices low and reasonable. In order to do that I like to recycle and reuse shipping materials when possible. Please keep in mind that even though I do reuse and recycle boxes, packing will always be clean and safe for your purchase.

All orders come with tracking. I like for my customers to see and be able to keep track of their purchase. Wether your order was shipped as first class mail or priority shipping, all packages come with tracking.

I do a really good job and have been super fortunate to only have had a few items break in the mail. That said, it does happen. You paid good money to ship the item, so if your item arrives chipped, cracked, or broken and you purchased priority shipping, please save all the packaging and the shipping box, take pictures of the damage, and file a claim by going to:

I used to file the claim on your behalf as a courtesy but new postal regulations now require them to actually see the damage.

All sales are final. I do not take returns. Please read the descriptions carefully, and ask if you have a question. Vintage is old, and likely to have been used, so please do not expect an item to be in new condition. I try to describe each item accurately and buy only quality vintage items but please refer to photos for best detail. All vintage items are cleaned before shipped so they are ready for use. This is important to me as vintage does not mean dirty.
If you refuse a package or do not pick it up from the post office and it is returned to me, you are responsible to pay for shipping a second time. I do not refund under any circumstances and if you do not pay to have the item shipped back to you I will donate it.

Any EXTRA custom charges will be buyer's responsibility. I mark all International packages with No Returns so if you refuse to pay your customs charges it will not be shipped back to me.

Yes! Etsy can not combine items for me as my items vary in size and weight. Please message me on which items you'd like to purchase and I can adjust shipping prior to purchase. Another option is to purchase and I will re-imburse the overage once packed.

I ship my packages very quickly. Sometimes within a few hours, most ship within 24 hours.
