Contemporary handmade marble. Made from borosilicate glass and the manipulation of 99.999% pure silver fume and particles. When the marble is almost complete it is allowed to cool to 1000 deg. Fahrenheit then is brought back up to a specific temperature. This action "strikes" the silver producing blues, greens, yellows and white. As with all the Silver fume space marbles the little specks that you see are not bubbles but small balls of pure silver.

Seven small clusters of stars seemingly orbiting a larger central cluster. In the background an all encompassing nebula. Although it is not very visible from the photos. In person the background is very nice. Mostly greens and blues with a bit of yellow. On the back a lensed spiral galaxy.

Measures 1.56"

Signed and dated SC 2011
