This is an elegant 1970s wedding gown designed by Edythe Vincent for Alfred Angelo. It has a high empire waist, accented by a wide band of floral lace. The neckline is beautifully outlined in sheer accordian pleated ruffles and lace. Those details are also used on the cuffs at the end of the long sleeves. There are also 9 covered buttons detailing the cuffs. The color is a light ivory accented with a darker creamy color ivory for the lace. There is a long metal zipper down the back, with a row of covered buttons all along the left side, from neck to waist. The fabric feels like a polyester knit, but there are no fabric content labels. It drapes beautifully and would be appropriate for a winter wedding. The entire dress is lined in a matte white fabric that feels like acetate.

This is a classic gown and shows off the figure and the face of the bride in it's simple but tasteful cut and details.

The gown is in excellent condition.
