1. Please send me your text, I will write it down then send it to you (Or whoever you choose)

2. After Payment, I will write your message, then take a photo or scan it as a .pdf and send it to you. This is to make sure you are satisfied before I mail it. If you are not satisfied we can make a revision.

3. Limitations : less than 260 words per letter, if it is more than 260 words, there will be an additional charge equivalent to a second card. (It means $28 for 260- 520 words)

4. For weddings, love letters, business, engagements, Christmas, baby showers, thank you notes, birthday parties, Valentine's, mother's/father's day, postcards, etc... any special day

5. I have an upcharge for writing wedding vows because of the additional time and special kind of paper involved.

I loved the customer service, artist is super helpful and had a very quick response time! The letter written was well received !! Would purchase again from this artist ☺️💕 Only downside was shipping took forever even when paying for extra shipping speed (I don’t think this was the artists fault). Overall lovely presentation!
