We ship these glasses in bubble wrap and boxes but sometimes things break. When you receive please open and check right away. We know to be in the gift niche that items are time-sensitive. If there is an issue just message us asap and we will get the new glass out to you asap.
All the designs are permanently etched, glass is freezer and dishwasher safe. These glasses are restaurant grade and rim tempered to protect from breaking. All glass products used are made in America unless otherwise specified. Logo Etched with air, not harsh chemicals. We can etch any design into the glass you would like, call for the Graphic of your choice of Beer Steins, cups, glasses, or mugs.
If the Glass is not listed in the options we are out of stock on that style.
International Buyers be aware... We can only ship items up to 20lbs and there may be duty fee's when they arrive.
