These buttons are from the brushpile - from our really neat black birch trees. the colour is just amazing! the smaller the branch is, the deeper the colour.


This listing is for a lot of 9 buttons(half of the ones in the pictures) - they're about 1/2 inch across. they've been finished with tung oil and some beeswax polish.

you might wonder why these little buttons aren't a bit cheaper than the big ones (they are tiny!) - it's because they are LOT harder to make!! i use a big 4 inch wide belt sander and it is darn near impossible to hold on to these little guys. it was a bigger batch of buttons - but... the machine kicked a couple across the garage! ha ha.

so. though they may seem small - they're made with a lot of time and effort. i thought they were worth it! please enjoy them.
