Tyndale produced lamps for the upscale lines of Frederick Cooper, among others. These Chinoiserie style lamps, resembling ginger jars with lids, are brass with a bronze or patinated brass finish. "Tyndale" appears on the Underwriter's Laboratory label, see pics.

Very high Hollywood Regency, with the Asian influence and antiqued metal. About 17-3/4" high, NOT including the socket, and 10" wide at the widest point.

Lovely organic urn shapes and lines, The classic Asian bases look like carved wood, but are actually cast metal. Working, but we always recommend you get old lamps rewired for your own safety.

One lamp has a couple very small dings, a couple short scratches, and two parallel 3/4" lines that the bronze finish missed, so they are gold shiny brass, see last pic.

Distinctive and elegant old designer lamps.
