In the unlikely event that your plant arrives with an issue, please reach out to us via direct message within 24 hours of USPS's STATED DELIVERY, and provide us with a photograph of the problem. Please note that we cannot accept any complaints filed after this time period, as we cannot guarantee the plant's health once it's in someone else's care.
