This image is from a batik by Carol and hails the sun's warmth on the garden's crops. Carrots and beets, root vegetables, all grow from the beneficial effect of sun.
This print shows the above and below ground view that I enjoy working with. The colorful patterns below represent the nutrients in the soil that promote growth. The bottom photo on the right shows me beginning to paint wax on the fabric with a tool called a tjanting. This tool has a brass bowl with a spout that is used to create wax lines that will resist the dye. Anyone loving the earth and growing things will love to own this cheerful print.

The print, titled "Garden of Summer Growing Energy" measures 8" x 10.5" and comes with an 11" x 14" double mat, and ships in a plastic sleeve and a padded photographic envelope.
Also available in a smaller sizes.
5" x 7" with an 8" x 10" double matte for $16.00 Ships USA for $6.00
4" x 6" with a 5" x 7" double matte foe $7.50 Ships USA for $4.50
Please contact me if you prefer one of these smaller sizes and I will put up a new listing in your name.

It is printed on high-quality photographic paper.

The watermark will not appear on the print.
