Terms of Service

(The following terms and conditions also contain legal information on your rights under the provisions on contracts in distance selling and electronic commerce.)

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all deliveries by Mashrapur to consumers in accordance with Section 13 of the German Civil Code.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

2. Time of conclusion of the contract

The presentation of the products in the online shop does not represent a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order. Errors excepted.
By clicking the "Order" button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via e-mail immediately after receiving your order.
The text of the contract is not stored by us and can no longer be called up after the order process has been completed. However, you can print out the order data immediately after sending it.

3. Prices and shipping costs

The prices offered are gross prices. The statutory VAT of the recipient country applies plus the shipping costs. VAT is shown separately on the invoice. The agreed prices are from the delivery warehouse selected by Mashrapur.
For packaging and shipping we charge a flat rate of EUR 4.90 within Germany.
Shipping to countries outside the EU is set at a flat rate of EUR 15.00.
Special regulations apply to the following countries: Switzerland, Norway, Great Britain, for these countries a shipping fee of 8.00 euros applies.
If the value of the goods exceeds EUR 30.00 per order, shipping is free of charge (within Germany). Subject to change.
There are no shipping costs for orders via the Etsy platform.

4. Delivery

The delivery time within Germany is 1 to 3 working days, for shipments abroad five to twelve working days. Any deviating delivery times are indicated on the respective product page. You consent to us sending you an email with tracking information for your shipment.

5. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Mashrapur - Retour, Hauptstr. 20, 18586 Mönchgut, Germany, info@mashrapur.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) about your decision to revoke this contract.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation
If you revoke this contract, we have paid you all payments that we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us have), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods for returns from Germany, otherwise you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

6. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of Mashrapur until full payment has been made.
The customer must notify Mashrapur immediately if Mashrapur's rights to the delivered goods are impaired or endangered by seizure or other measures by third parties, namely by sending a copy of the seizure report and all other documents required to object to seizure with the insurance that or to what extent the seized items are identical to the goods delivered. In addition, the customer must immediately inform the garnishee or other third parties in writing of Mashrapur's ownership right. Even before the secured claims have been fully satisfied, Mashrapur is obliged to release the securities to which it is entitled to the customer in whole or in part upon request, insofar as the realizable value of all securities exceeds 110% of the secured claims not only temporarily.

7. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights exist for all goods from our shops.
