This tea is beautiful and well crafted , the whole process of customizing the tea is really thoughtful . Been having trouble taking deep breaths and after the first cup I took the deepest breath I took in awhile . Been drinking it for 3 days and I’m feeling the benefits. She was really helpful when customizing my tea, and I really like the questions she has you fill out to better understand what tea to make just for you . Shipped really quick , packaging was so pretty . Obviously made with love . Thank you , I’ll be back for more .

Customer service was a friendly breeze, shipping was fast. This specific blend however wasn’t for me and that’s quite alright. I struggle with IBS and sought a blend to assist with constipation. The tea did help with relieving gas though! Just didn’t stimulate bowel movement.
