You may sell up to 10 items without license, however this allowance is for being compensated within family or any social events (school clubs, mom friends party, craft party, etc). If you are using our designs to start up your small business and see how it goes, please limit to 10 design usage on your shop as a starter.

COMMERCIAL

- For basic business use, end-products sale 10~1000 units. Or production of e-book, online course, banner / design for website, social media post designs.

What is ALLOWED:

1. Personal projects + Commercial use up to 10 units. (If you are selling more than 10+ items, please purchase a license(s). )

2. Making gifts for friend & families.

3. Alter design, color, size for your projects needs. You may add texts using your own fonts. You may use partial of the design.

4. Use Caluya Design designs for any projects you are working on, as long as it is for personal use.


NOT ALLOWED:

1. alter, modify, vary, reverse engineer or howsoever amend any or all designs from Caluya Design for resale / re-distribute designs digitally.

2. create any derivative works based on any or all Items.

3. re-sell or distribute our designs AS YOUR OWN IN ANY FORMATS.

4. use any or all Items to generate, create, produce or howsoever associated such Items to defamatory, offensive, harmful or abusive materials or articles

5. produce fabric, wrapping papers, temporary tattoos, DPT transfer sheet WITHOUT POD license (per design).

6. create products and sell more than 10 units WITHOUT license. (please purchase a license for business use)

3. With Cameo Silhouette:
Please use DXF File for Cameo Silhouette Basic Edition.
(If you have Designer edition, you can use SVG files).

4. Other Major Cutting Machines:
Most Likely, SVG is your BFF.

5. Print with Home Printer
You can use PNG file to print designs with your home printer.
Quality of each designs should be large enough for your project, but if you need larger size, please contact us: support [!at] caluyadesign.com

No returns/exchanges on downloadable items due to its nature.

Refundable & exchangeable conditions:

1. If you accidentally bought same items twice.
In this case, we offer 1. full refund or 2. exchange with other bundles.

2. If we both agreed the designs were defective and buyer deserve to receive a full refund.
However we will try to fix the issue before we offer any refund.

What is included in the bundle, as well as offered extension is clearly stated.

2. Colors vary depending on monitor, printer & stock choice.

3. Make sure your print settings are set to print at actual size or 100%.

4. We strictly sell SVG, PNG, EPS and DXF files, not a expert on cutting machines. Please DO NOT contact us for issues related to cutting machines that you own.

5. Please note we create digital files mainly for crafters. Please make sure to read and understand what we offer & what these extensions we offer compatible with.
We won't be able to answer your questions such as "how do I edit vector file" or "I got this file but not sure how to use it"...
Make sure to check if these formats are suitable for your projects prior to completing your purchase.
