A simple little oil painting with a pink iris on a background of big blue sky and seascape. The shells and the ceramic vase share the same colour, white, symbol of purity. Although the subject is simple, the painting of the flower is delicate and detailed. A luminous little painting with an original perspective on flower art.
• Technique: gesso coated wood board, monochrome egg tempera underpaintings and multiple layers of thin colored oil glazings ( flemish technique ). The sides are gilded with copper leaf ( patinated aspect ).
• Dimensions : 4.33 x 2.16 x 0.31 in / 11 x 4.5 x 0.8 cm
• Shipping and delivery : registered parcel with signature on delivery. Robust packaging: your painting is wrapped in silk paper, bubble wrap and a stiff inflexible cardboard sleeve.

As an artist myself, I immediately saw the quality in these miniatures. I was delighted to receive the parcel. Every possible detail and then some was observed in the packaging. Clearly, this artist is schooled in precision and quality every step of the way. I have placed my little painting among other valuables in a beloved curio cabinet. I love collecting things that have been imbued with soul.
