An individual care tag will be included with your specific item. Most items are spot cleanable or dry cleanable. Some items can be hand washed with a mild detergent such as liquid "Woolite". Light steam iron, as needed, unless otherwise noted.
I accept custom orders most of the year. Holidays may be an exception. I will do my best to accommodate most custom requests.

Please contact me with your custom request and I am happy to discuss all options. If a custom order is confirmed by a buyer, I will send a 'custom order listing' to include all of the specifications that we have agreed upon. Buyer is responsible for providing the correct dimensions and/or spec sheets for their device. I will provide exactly what is ordered. All custom order sales are final and not eligible for returns.
Padding is made of fleeced interfacing. It is a very resilient, quick drying, polyester fleece resistant to biological damage such as mold and mildew. It makes the item easy to clean and it holds it's form well. I do not use any foams such as rubber foam since it deteriorates over time and is susceptible to damage by use and heat. I double pad my cases (one layer of padding sewn into the exterior panels and one layer of padding sewn to the interior lining). If ordering with a pocket, there is padding between the pocket and the main compartment, in which your device is stored.
Just let me know, upon ordering, and I can accommodate your laptop or tablet with any additional accessory attached, at no extra cost. Otherwise, a standard padded sleeve is made to 'custom fit' and accommodate laptops, tablets and eReaders (naked) without any other accessory or device attached.
I do not use or recommend zippers on any items that are intended for electronic devices such as tablets, laptops, e-readers and phones, etc. Sometimes, zippers are described, as ‘non scratch’, because the teeth are plastic, however, molded plastic does have the potential to scratch. The zipper pulls and end stops (which are located at each end of the zipper) can come into contact with the sides your device, upon inserting and removing. Both of these end pieces are hard molded plastic and metal. Most sellers will not provide a guarantee against damage to your electronic device.
Required wait time is 45 days on international shipments, except Italy which is 60 days, before filing a 'lost package/insurance claim'. Recipient/Buyer is required by insurance co.to participate in claim process.

The insurance company will investigate the claim and the Recipient/Buyer must sign an insurance affidavit. All packaging material and damaged goods must be kept for proof. Refunds will only be processed after all parties complete required claim steps and the decision is made by the insurance company to refund for the cost of the item. If the insurance claim is paid by the insurance company, a refund will be made, less the original shipping/insurance fees, and any fees incurred in the return process to the Buyer.
Proof of shipment - USPS tracking is provided. U.S. 1st Class orders arrive within 5 estimated bus days-not a guaranteed shipping time. Seller must provide a safe place for mail delivery. Buyer must request additional expedited or upgraded/insurance services as they are not included in the stated shipping fees. Orders marked as Delivered are Proof Of Delivery. Delivered items are not refunded if stolen or missing after Delivery is confirmed by USPS. In this case, Buyer may submit a refund claim for loss/damage with their Credit Card/Payment Company or Homeowners Insurance. In the event of tracking showing error/non-delivery, the required wait time is 30 days since it is not considered lost until then.
All items are handmade so there may be a slight difference in construction & materials in comparison to sample photos in each listing. Colors in photos will vary with different monitors. All items are manufactured and stored in a smoke and pet-free environment.

All items (accessories such as eyeglasses, phones, ear buds, all photo props) that are used in photography are not included in the sale. You will be purchasing a fabric sleeve or tote only...the item as described in the individual listings.
