☑️ SHIPPING
⭐Orders to regions where international shipping is unavailable will be canceled.
We have Yunexpress (GOFO Express/ USPS) & Fedex Express available
And Fedex express are express shipping only.

⭐Standard Shipping will take about 14 – 30 days.
- but there might be a delay because of the customs clearance process or your local courier's circumstances. If you are in hurry, please check out with the express shipping.

⭐Any delivery that fails, it might be abandoned by the shipping carrier so make sure to receive the packcage on time. Or else, you won't receive your refund because we didn't receive the return package back from you.

⭐ Customs duties and VAT are recipient's responsibility.
Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them.
⭐In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea

☑️ For Damages and issues:
⭐Please check your order information before applying for the damage and issues.
⭐Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've recived the wrong item
so that we can check the issue and help you out.
- Within a day after package arrived, please contact us by Messages.
- Please keep all contents of the original package including packaging material (boxes, plastic bags etc.) with you until you are instructed otherwise.

⭐Please note that EVEN the defective/incorrect item(s) must be returned with all of the tags and labels intact.

⭐If the tags have been removed, the item will be considered as used, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted. If the item didn't returned in its' original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.

☑️ Exchange & Return
Please contact us for the exchange & return process

*For an exchange, customer is responsible for the return item's shipping fee,
and needs to pay the reshipping fee for the exchange items.

*For the return, customer is responsible for the return item's shipping fee,
and once we receive the return package, the initial shipping fee (from korea to foreign country) and handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

However, for products purchased a long time ago, since the payment has already been completed, exchanges and returns will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Please do not send products purchased a long time ago back to Korea.
Any item sent back to Korea by the customer will be discarded, and return/refund process will not be possible.

☑️ Missing Item

⭐Please track your item if it didn't arrive within 1-3 months.

⭐If the delivery period exceeds one month and tracking the package becomes difficult, neither we nor the delivery company will be responsible.

⭐Korea’s shipping system is very clear so when the package is on the shipping list in Korean delivery company, it’s very rare for your items to be missing.
If the package is still in Korea, we can find it right away for you, but if the package arrived to your country, you have to track it down by your tracking number.

If the customer didn’t get the package from the shipping company, make sure to check the tracking number we’ve sent,
and after that, customer have to find the package by yourself at your country’s courier company.

If the package delivered to your country, the package is on that country’s shipping system. We are not responsible for the missing package by your country’s courier.
