What materials do you use?

Materials • Most of our jewelry is handmade using 14kt gold filled and sterling silver chains, clasps, and components. • 14kt gold filled is a beautiful, affordable alternative to solid gold. It is a genuine layer of gold permanently bonded to base metal with heat and pressure, containing 100x more gold than gold plated. It is extremely durable, will not chip or flake, and is tarnish resistant. • With proper care, gold filled jewelry can last for years. • Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time but can easily be polished back to its original shine with a silver cleaner or dip. • We also carry some vermeil pieces, which are sterling silver heavily dipped in 14kt gold. • Each listing specifies the exact materials used.

Personalization • Please enter your personalization in the personalization box below the variations at checkout. • Please refer to the individual listing for what information is needed. • For disc jewelry, we stamp one side only. Stamping on the back leaves an impression on the front and is not possible. • We can only stamp characters shown in the font chart in our listing images. • Please check your Etsy convos for any messages we may have sent regarding your order. • Your order may be delayed if we do not receive a response to our questions.

Packaging Options • All orders ship in our eco friendly foldable paper pouch at no charge. • Want something special? Upgrade to our gift packaging in the listing for $3 and receive a white signature jewelry box, sueded jewelry pouch, and a jewelry polishing cloth, beautifully packaged and ready for gifting. • We are happy to include a handwritten note with any order. International Shipping (Canada Only) • We currently ship to Canada only. • Delivery times vary by location within Canada. • Once your package is handed off to customs and Canada Post, it is out of our control. • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered packages once in transit. • If your package has not arrived, please contact Canada Post to inquire, as packages are frequently held at customs.

International Customs Fees/Charges

Customs Fees • International customers, please be aware your country may charge a customs or handling fee before your package can be delivered. Your local post office will contact you and hold your package until the fee is paid. • Please check with your country in advance to see if this fee applies to you. • Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. • If you refuse the package, we will refund the cost of the jewelry only once the package is returned to us. Returns/Exchange for new length

Returns & Exchanges • We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-personalized jewelry. • Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery. • Earrings are eligible for returns and exchanges only if the original sanitary seal is intact and unopened. • Buyer is responsible for return shipping. • Items must be returned in original packaging. • Necklaces and chain pieces must be returned on the hangtag to prevent tangling. • Items returned improperly packaged and damaged as a result are subject to a 50% restocking fee. • Refunds are issued minus our original shipping cost. • Exchanges include a $6 reshipping fee with tracking. • Please message us for a return/exchange form, which must be included with your return

Shipping Delays & Lost Package Policy

Shipping Delays & Lost Packages • All orders are insured, but USPS insurance only covers packages lost in transit, not packages scanned as delivered. • Once USPS confirms delivery with GPS tracking, a claim cannot be filed regardless of the reason the package wasn't received (theft, misdelivery, etc.) • If your package shows delivered but wasn't received, please contact your local post office or file a police report for theft. • If your package is delayed with no delivery scan, contact us. We're happy to file a claim on your behalf. • As long as the package is still in transit when USPS evaluates the claim, they will reimburse the order. • Once approved, we'll reship your item or issue a full refund, your choice!

A beautiful more affordable alternative to solid gold, our gold-filled pieces have a thick layer of 14k gold that is heat and pressure bonded to a high-quality brass core. They contain 100+ times more gold than regular gold plating. Gold Fill can last a lifetime with a little care.

Sterling Silver
A solid precious metal that lasts forever. It naturally darkens with time, but can be polished back to new. Oils from your skin help prevent silver tarnish, so wear it often.

14k Rose Gold Filled
Similar to gold filled, rose gold has a bit of copper added to the alloy to give it a rosy color.
