I deliver all packages from Ukraine to the US through a partner in Pennsylvania. When the partner receives the package, I update the order with the usps track. All packages for US customers will be shipped from Pennsylvania This is a more expensive shipping method for me than direct shipping from Ukraine BUT it is a reliable shipping method during this unpredictable time. Worldwide shipping remains free for my clients.

I ordered this dress for our daughter’s wedding in the Keys. It was beyond my expectations! Fit perfect, was so light soft and comfortable (perfect for island humidity). I have received sooo many compliments on the dress. The owner/creator was in great contact with me through the shipping. The dress came packaged in an adorable little box with a bow and how it shipped from over seas without a wrinkle I will never know. I can not say enough! First off, Anna was lovely and responsive, including offering to tailor the dress for my petite height, but I sadly never received the item since it went missing in transit. I had the eyeing the caramel silk dress for months and was thrilled to see it was on sale for $161 and perfect as a bridesmaids dress. I just wish I could have worn it for the event! It also has been about 2 months and I have yet to receive a refund, which has been punted to the delivery service. I’m surprised Etsy marked the item as delivered as it never was delivered!

I really appreciate that Claudia appreciated my service. I really try to provide great service to all of my buyers. Now I will tell the situation to the end. The package was delivered to the buyer's home and stolen from the concierge. I learned about this from the buyer, when the police came to her. Unfortunately, packages are often stolen in this house (according to Claudia). Therefore, at the moment this problem is dealt with by the police and the USPS. I sent a request to the postal service and wrote a complaint to usps, now I am waiting for an answer. This always takes time, especially in the hot season. I continue to help solve this problem and communicate with the support team. Hopefully this will be resolved soon. It's a sad that this happened to us.
