These are two enameled copper game dishes from England, circa 1780's. They were used in card games to hold a player's "fish" (mother of pearl gambling disks). These dishes feature an image of the Jack of Clubs surrounded by various floral designs and a pierced edge.

Condition: excellent. Approx 4 1/8" diameter.
