For collar sizing please see the size chart included in the listing photos. We are happy to offer custom sizing if you feel the chart doesn't fit your pet. Just send us a message or order the closest size and note their neck size in inches in the personalization box.

For collars, machine wash on cold on delicate with buckle closed and in a lingerie bag or pillowcase (to prevent snagging of embroidery) with color safe laundry detergent and lay flat to dry. Biothane collars are washable in the sink with dishsoap.

When will my item ship?

The medium 1" to XXL collars are made with a heavy duty, quality nylon with a 4200 pound tinsel strength, reinforced fabric for durability, a welded D ring, quality plastic contoured side buckle, and a wide mouth triglide and then its triple stitched with industrial thread. Side release buckle collars are never intended for heavy pullers. (XS to Medium 5/8" collars are made with lightweight nylon). Although we have great quality collars, we do not offer a warranty due to dogs being dogs. For use only on dogs. Not for tie-out. Sizing should allow room for 2 fingers to fit between the item and the neck. To avoid risk of ingestion or entanglement, supervise pet when using this collar. Not for use during containment or crating!

Can I add a number to my collar?

We can add 1 phone to embroidered collars & more info on an engraved buckle upgrade. (2 phones can fit on a 1.5" collar) Phone numbers are added directly following the name if embroidered. For 1" and 1.5" wide collars, the number is smaller than the name. For 5/8" wide collars, the number is the same size as the name.

Send us a message and we will work together to find the perfect design! We do our best to find custom patterns but, we do not offer trademarked/copywritten patterns.
