This is the third printing of the 1988 edition of "The Meat Buyers Guide" by National Association of Meat Purveyors. Please note: This is not the most recent edition available. Softcover book with index tabs and plastic comb binding. 199 pages.

Condition issues: Noticeable average wear to covers. Previous owner's name written inside front cover; handwritten margin notes and arrows sporadically throughout. Good research/reading copy.
