How long does it take for my item/s to arrive?

All international shipping (outside of Australia) will take approx. 7 - 20 business days to arrive. Orders to the US are normally 7 - 14 business days and orders within Australia are 2 - 5 business days.

Do you have a cookie recipe I can use with my new cookie cutter?

Yes! We highly recommend using a sugar cookie recipe as we find it retains its shape better than other types of cookies. You can find the recipe, along with some tips and a step by step guide for using your cookie cutter on our website: www.crimsonmane.com Be as creative as you like! Add chocolate chips, sprinkles, frosting, food colouring... yum!

Do you have tracking information for my order?

Australian cookie cutter, badge and sticker orders need to be ordered with the "Parcel Shipping with Tracking" option at checkout, otherwise we send via Untracked letter shipping as it's much more cost friendly for our buyers. All t-shirt orders will be automatically sent with a tracking number. All international orders will come with a tracking number.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes we do! Pop us a message and Renee will be happy to sort out the details with you. Everything from the price, size and colour of your item. You can either send the image of what you would like or describe it. All sketches will be sent before payment is expected, and photos of the finished work will be sent for approval before shipping.

🐦 Make the cutest cookies around with these bird cookie cutters! You can choose from a cockatiel, lovebird, or budgie. If you can't choose, grab all three as a set. See below for cutter measurements.

Our 2 piece cookie cutters have been designed to be simple to use with an outer cutter for cutting and an inner embosser for stamping out details. Use the stamper lines as a guide for piping your frosting after baking, or you can just leave them unfrosted. The choice is up to you. Would also make a great fondant press for a whole range of baked and/or craft goodies.

We print each cookie cutter ourselves and they are checked over to avoid imperfections before shipping. This item is easily cleaned, child resistant and reusable. Clean with soapy warm water and a soft bristled brush. NOT dishwasher safe.

Our cookie cutters are printed with PLA Plus which is a 100% food safe plastic. It is 10 times stronger than regular PLA, so your cookie cutters will be more durable. Tests have shown that PLA Plus is composed of safe ingredients that can come into contact with food products. It has been approved by the Australian Government, Department of Industry, Innovation and Science and also FDA (US Government Approved)

I appreciate these intricately, detailed cookie cutters. I ordered the parakeet and lovebird cutters for gifts. Shipping was actually quicker than I expected considering these were shipped from out of the US. I would definitely recommend this Seller!
