Woof, Warp & Whatever yarn came about when I was making yarn for a weaver’s conference. I wanted something that could be used for warp, so I added nylon for strength and handle. I also made it a three-ply. And what I got was a wool yarn that is really hard to break that felt nice. When I finished, I thought to myself, "Man, this would make a nice pair of socks really fast." Then I thought to myself, “Why not make it in alpaca?” I used just enough wool so the big machines could work with the alpaca, and roughly the same amount of nylon as before. See last two photos to see what 'big machines' look like.

The handy thing about the alpaca is that it overdyes beautifully, and the original mill blend is a lovely brown as well.

This item is for one skein of yarn, 175 yards long, about 9-10 wpi. Please specify color, Overdyed Turquoise or mill blend. Fiber content is 83% alpaca, 15% nylon, 2% wool. Quantities available are shown in the first picture.

Additional photos will be posted as I can produce correct colors with my camera.
