Charles Dickens is seen as the greatest of the Victorian novelists and is famous for his books such as Little Dorrit, A Christmas Carol, Bleak House and Great Expectations. Dickens was born in what is now Portsmouth in 1812 and died in 1870.

This book measures 7ins ( 17.5cm) wide and 9ins (22.5cm) high and is a good introduction to Dickens and his writing without being too intense. It is in good condition with no marks or tears.
