This solid wood coat rack was created using rough sawn walnut. It has been planed down, sanded and sealed with an oil based sealer. No stain has been applied to this shelf, this is the natural color of walnut when a clear top coat is applied. All slabs are slightly different, some will appear lighter or darker then the shelf pictured, they will also have different knots and wood grain patterns. "T" style knobs have been placed under the shelf, perfect for keys, coats, hats or scarfs. Keyhole plates are attached to the back.

**(Please note this shelf does not ship with any wall screws or anchors, please use whatever is appropriate for your wall. Many customers have recommended a keyhole hanging kit.)
