This is truly a unique piece of vintage porcelain. Created by Crown Devon Company England, around the mid 1940's. This was the first dish to be made (and I think the only one), would have been design to go with a cup, the back of the dish reads "REGISTRATION APPLIED FOR" and the number .1).
The glaze of this unique dish is a beautiful apple green colour, in the shape of a leaf, with lots of detail in the leaf, from the tip of it's delicate scalloped edges and curved point, to the distinct veins and stem. With absolutely no damage, in perfect condition, this unique collectors item measures 160mm x 125mm.
