I've placed my order, when will it be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of them being placed. Please note during public holidays such as Christmas or UK bank holidays dispatch times may be longer. If you need your order by a certain date get in touch and we will assist you.

I've ordered a tie dye product, how on earth do I wash it?

All clothing items, such as t-shirts or sweaters, should be washed at no more than 40 degrees. We use high quality fixatives and the colours are set properly, however some colour fastness should be expected during the first wash. We recommend only washing tie dyes with dark or similar colours. Other items such as hats and shoes should be machine washed with caution and put on a delicates only wash not exceeding 30 degrees. For item specific care instructions please see our email which we will send out when we dispatch the product. If you are still unsure don't hesitate to send us a message and we can advise further.

Help! My order hasn't arrived yet.

Don't panic! Get in touch with us and we will investigate for you. In the UK please allow 5 workings days for your order to arrive after we have dispatched it. Standard delivery should take 2-3 days to get to you however on the rare occasion a parcel ends up in the wrong place and takes a little longer. If you're in Europe please allow 15 working days for delivery. Items usually take between 4-8 working days. In the USA and the rest of the world please allow 25 working days, however items usually take 5-21 days. We appreciate it can be frustrating when you haven't received your order however this time must have elapsed before Royal Mail will investigate. Please note you must contact us within 100 days of dispatch about missing orders.

Can I order a custom dyed product?

We will list any products that are currently available for customisation. Typical items we can make a custom order for are tie dye sweaters, hoodies, t-shirts and baby wear. Please see item specifics for turnaround times and prices. It is not possible for us to turnaround a custom tie-dye in less than 7 working days. We do not currently hold tie dye workshops but if you think this is something you'd love get in touch with us to express you interest.
