Lemon Ginger Chai (Loose Leaf) is a masala of organic herbs, ginger and aromatic spices with a base of organic black tea. This loose leaf tea is an adaptogenic brew with a bold and spicy base and a refreshing, gingery finish.
Lemon is well known for its cleansing properties. Lemon also contains a generous amount of vitamin C and is also a natural diuretic.
Steeping Instructions:
Bring filtered or spring water to a boil. Add 1-2 tsp of tea leaves to an 8oz cup. Pour boiling water over the tea leaves and let steep 3-5 minutes.
Ingredients:
Organic ginger, organic lemongrass, organic licorice root, organic peppermint, organic black pepper, organic black tea and natural flavor.
