On offer is a very old, very fine concave mirror mosaic sconce, made from what might be mercury glass pieces, but certainly hand-cut silvered pieces of glass. Really striking, elegant piece of tinware, inset with this marvelous pattern of reflective glass. Great visual bang on the wall.

The piece is in good antique condition, with some very picturesque oxidation on the mirroring and a few chips/cracks in the glass, but nothing more extreme that what you might expect to find on a good example of this type of work.

The piece measures 8 inches in diameter, just the reflector, and projects 5.25 inches from the wall. Striking and unforgettable.
