If you would like them printed on metallic stardream paper please add .35 per piece!

Payments or deposits are required in advance before creating proofs

If a deposit is made on invitations to begin proof work, the deposit is non refundable if proofs have been started or sent and final drafts have been completed before production or paper has been ordered

For unity candles and table numbers, once purchased, if you are not satisfied with your digital proof, I will refund you the total paid minus 20% for time spent on proofs

Returns and exchange details

Because all items are custom made for each customer, refunds are not accepted once proofs are finalized and the item ships. Unlimited proofs are available for each item until approved. I will not re do an order if you approve a proof and don't catch a spelling error. I try my best to catch all spelling errors, but when it comes to names and dates, ultimately, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure these are correct when I send the proof to you.

If you receive an order and there is an error which is solely my fault, you have 3 days to notify me of the error otherwise it would become your responsibility. I try my best to make everything perfect but mistakes can be made which is why I will gladly redo anything that needs it within those three days.

Invitation deposits are non refundable if proofs have been sent or paper has been ordered

I realize that colors may be hard to see on a computer screen..which is why I would be more than happy to send samples of paper colors and ribbon colors. If you dont request any samples and dont like the colors that have been used for your item, I will not refund you for the items. PLEASE BE SPECIFIC when asking for colors. If it was my mistake, I will be more than happy to redo the item at no charge...but again if you specify a basic color and you dont like the color and asked for no samples, I WILL NOT REDO IT for free..you will have to pay for the shipping back to me and for some of the supply costs depending on the item.

Shipping policies

Most of my items have a flat shipping rate when the item is purchased, however, if the shipping costs are higher than what you already paid, I will have to make a separate listing for the extra shipping charges. Same will go for rush orders. If you need an item(s) quickly 1-1 1/2 weeks from the event, you will be responsible for extra shipping charges if they exceed the amount you originally paid. If shipping costs are less than what you paid at the time of shipment, I have no problem refunding you the balance.
