✧ What is the difference between a Standart License and an Extended License?

When you make a purchase, you automatically receive a standard small commercial license for up to 500 end products (e.g., t-shirts, mugs, digital designs, etc.) - non-transferrable single user. This means you can sell or distribute up to 500 items using the graphics without needing to purchase an additional license and no credit is necessary. If you want to sell more than 500 items or use the graphics in specific ways (like on POD sites or for larger-scale distribution), you’ll need to purchase an Extended License.

✧ How buying an Extended License is working?

With every purchase, you receive a commercial license for up to 500 end products. If you wish to sell more than 500 items, you’ll need an Extended License. There are several types: ✧Set License: For smaller sets (e.g., elements, frames, alphabet, digital papers, etc.). ✧Collection License: For an entire graphic collection. ✧Bundle License: For Bundles (word "Bundle" in the title, and product in Bundles category). ✧POD License: For selling on Print-On-Demand sites (Redbubble, Zazzle, etc.), purchased alongside your graphics. Important: Products you create must not be used or sold in a competitive way with the original collection you purchased or as clipart. Your products and projects cannot redistribute the original files in any way.

✧ Can I sell products with your graphics on POD sites?

Generally yes. You can sell on standard Print-On-Demand sites like Redbubble, Printify, Printful, etc. However, for platforms that allow digital downloads (e.g., Zazzle, Templett, Corjl, your page etc.), you will need to purchase a specific license - "Extended License for POD sites". The required license is easily found in the "Licenses" category of my shop.

✧ Can I use your designs as part of my branding or in logo design?

Sure, you can use designs as part of your branding. Have in mind that while you can use them to represent your brand you cannot register or trademark these illustrations.

✧ When and where will I receive the files?

After purchasing an item, you can download your files directly from your Etsy account in the "Purchases and Reviews" section. For smaller sets, the files will be available directly on Etsy for immediate download. For larger sets, you will receive a PDF file. Inside the PDF, you'll find instructions along with a link to download your files via Google Drive. This allows me to provide you with high-resolution products, which are often too large to be uploaded directly to Etsy. If you need any guidance or have further questions, feel free to reach out!

✧ How to open ZIP file?

Here’s how you can easily extract ZIP files depending on your device: On Windows: Right-click the ZIP file and select "Extract All". Choose the destination folder where you want the contents to be extracted, and click "Extract". On Mac: Double-click the ZIP file. The contents will automatically be extracted into a folder in the same location as the original ZIP file. On Mobile (iOS/Android): You may need a third-party app like Files (iOS) or WinZip (Android). Once the app is installed, open the ZIP file and follow the app’s instructions to extract the contents.

✧ What software do I need to use your files?

PNG and JPG; files will work with most graphic software (free, pro, online). PNG has a transparent background so you can easily paste it over any type of creative project you want in plenty of software from Canva, Photopea, Gimp to Photoshop (which you can use as a 30day free trial).

✧ Can I order custom made design or illustration?

I truly appreciate your interest in my art, but my focus is on selling pre-made illustrations and graphics that are already available in my shop. Thank you for understanding and considering my existing collections!

✧ I need only one asset, could you create a custom listing for me?
