This is such a brilliant solution for the problem of hanging a bird feeder high enough up in a tree, yet make it accessible for easy refilling. I did a lot of online research before purchasing this - I was thrilled that RabbitrailSupply did all the work for me in creating a great little complete kit. I purchased two of these - one for a bird feeder and one to hang wind chimes. I'll post photos soon.

Item was exactly as advertised and super useful! I was able to hang a bird feeder outside my second-story apartment window, which I can raise and lower from inside. (Because it was difficult to reach, I secured the strap to an S-hook instead of directly to the branch, which worked). I also appreciated the sweet extras that came with the shipment. Thank you, Kristen & Don!
