At this time we do not do personalization on any sewn items sold in this shop. If you desire a custom made order, send a Conversation message about what you would like and we can work with you from there.

-If ordering multiple items for different people, please message me with how you would like them packaged so we can box them separately you can deliver them to the intended recipients!
-Some gift sets may come in multiple boxes due to the size of the items.
-Our ECO-Promise: Our packaging is all paper (except the tape!), most of our packaging is made from recycled materials and can be recycled or reused-as we do not print branding images on them for this reason. We believe in keeping our pond clean.

For most items in our shop, follow these care instructions:

Machine wash cool/cold, delicate cycle.
Do not use Fabric Softener.
Tumble dry low/no heat or line dry. If you line dry, fluff with no heat in the dryer for a few minutes.
Do NOT Iron.

*Be sure to clip any loose threads as they appear.*

Safety for baby is our top priority! We buy Crinkle Material that is commercial strength and made specifically for toys. The Crinkle meets EN71 (European) and CPSIA (United State) standards for toy safety.

Due to digital nature, no refunds are available once the design has been sent.

All of my original designs and artwork are made by me. You are NOT purchasing the copyright to any of the items you purchase. You ARE purchasing the right to print these items and will be provided with a print release.

• The product is for personal use.
• Do not redistribute the product in any way, including, but not limited to, selling, forwarding, sharing or distribution of the digital file or printed final product.
• Any commercial usage or any reselling or distributing of the product in any type of printed or digital format is strictly prohibited.
• You are not allowed to convert the product into any other format or file type, apart from printing. Other file types can be made available if needed by sending Frog Kissin Tadpole a message with file type desired and email address that the file should be sent to.
• You may not claim the product as your own.
• All copyrights remain with Frog Kissin LLC

TEACHERS AND EDUCATORS LICENSE (TU):
Teachers and Educators may use the item personally for digital games, educational worksheets, or for any other educational use.

SMALL COMMERCIAL LICENCE (CU):
Please contact before purchasing if you desire to use for commercial purposes. Permissions may be granted on a case by case basis. No commercial use will be allowed without prior consent from Frog Kissin LLC.

Can Instant Download Items be personalized/Changed?
If you would like to alter an instant download item, please contact me first for fees and a custom listing if applicable.
No personalization, size changes, color changes, etc. are available UNLESS you contact me FIRST. No refunds will be given as item is available as soon as purchased.

Do you offer printing services?
Yes, I offer professional printing for digital downloads. I offer prints on photo quality paper and canvas art. Prints available in the US only. Please select the print option from these options:
ALSO the print you want printed and add BOTH to cart. IF digital download includes two options, please include which color you want printed (Background color and image/word color).
