This striking necklace was made by Tom Willeto, a well-known Navajo silversmith, and it is marked Sterling Tom Willeto on the back of the pendant. This piece is made in the squash blossom style, with a double strung section in the front and a single strand of beads at the back of the neck, and it is in very good condition.

The central pendant on this necklace, which is set with a beautiful cabochon of turquoise with dark matrix, hangs 2 inches below the bottom row of beads, and the entire necklace is 20 inches long, not including the pendant. It also features three curved pieces of silver that frame the pendant on each side, and there are also melon beads leading up to two hand-stamped pieces at the place where the necklace changes from two strands to one. This is a truly original and unique piece of Native American jewelry, and it would be a superb addition to your jewelry wardrobe if you love authentic pieces from the Southwest. This piece comes with a polished wood jewelry case and gift box.
