Materials: beeswax, walnut oil, carnauba wax
@ncwoodsmith's Wood Balm is a food-safe finish to seal and restore any wood, but I specifically created it for wood cutting boards, charcuteries and wood utensils in your kitchen. It's the finish I use and recommend on all the kitchen/dining utility items I sell, and a free sample of it comes with each food-safe piece.
Just three ingredients — walnut oil, beeswax and carnauba wax (organic rosemary oil is an option if you want a delicious scent). Wood Balm has no chemicals, no toxic thinners or additives. It’s just what the wood needs to nourish and protect it. Each tin has about 4 ounces — enough for several applications.
It’s simple to use: Rub it into dry, clean wood and let it sit for 15-20 minutes. Buff off the excess and continue buffing if you'd like a velvety satin sheen. It will survive multiple washings, especially if soap is used sparingly. Reapply when you see water soaking into the wood instead of beading/sliding off.

Works great and I like the tin vs. a plastic container. Shipped quickly.
This was shipped immediately even with the christmas rush!
THRILLED with this gorgeous handcrafted bowl! This will be a family heirloom without question. With the slivers of opal, it was the perfect 24th wedding anniversary gift to my husband. He LOVES it. I appreciated the beautifully handwritten transcription of my message and the included special wax to keep it looking it's best!
So gorgeous! Amazing quality and craftsmanship. Ordered this piece as a gift but had a hard time wrapping it up to give away. Hope to be able to buy another piece for myself soon.
