Grate your garlic in this unique little bowl, add some good olive oil and a little balsalmic vinegar. Then add sea salt, freshly ground pepper and your favorite spices. Let it marinate for 20-30 minute. Dip your favorite artisan bread and enjoy!

For an Asian dip, grate your garlic, add some balsalmic vinegar and soy sauce.

Made out of high fired stoneware, glazed in a snowy celadon. It is left unglazed in the center for grating/
