This was almost the exact thing I needed for my lamp. For some reason it wasn’t the right size screw to screw into my lamp shade but I hot glue gunned it and it works.
I guess I didn’t read description very well. I did t realize it came without a nut for the top, who sells a lamp shade holder without the nut to hold the shade on? It should be part of it. Could have bough the whole set at a Lowe or Home Depot, but didn’t wait to go there. Now I’m having to go. When purchasing remember no nut in the top.
