Materials: silk, silver

Custom made brocaded tabletwoven band, replica of the band found in Birka grave no 977, pattern B8, 8 mm wide, made with silk and 0.999 silver wire. (The band on the photo was made using silver-wrapped silk, I no longer weave with this type of thread. The appearance is similar.)
The default brocading is silver wire, like in the original band, but Japanese gold-wrapped silk is also available. You can choose it under personalization option.

This is a custom hand-made band, made specific to individual requests. Please write me a message regarding:
- to book/reserve a date (for the nearest available date please see here: https://alicjajaczewska.com/workflow/ )
- if you want to use the band as a headband and you want to order 50+ cm, I can add 20 cm on each side for tying it (with no additional cost).
- if you would like the band to be made with more than 1 colour of silk
