Title: "My Coming Drives the Blues Away ~ Twill Prove a Bright Red Letter Day, Billiken"

Description: This is a very unusual and possibly rare card. I looked up the history of the billiken on wikipedia and this card was distributed by copyright of the billiken concept one year earlier by Ms Florence Pretz who dreamed this character and as an illustrator, and artist, came up with the figure who is said to be a good luck charm object to have. It is copyrighted on the bottom and is difficult to see, but I was able to make out, copyright 1908 by the Billiken Company, Chicago under a magnifier light.

It is considered good luck to have a billiken, so I may want to keep this post card for myself so I am pricing it a bit high right now :)
Measurements:approximately 5 1/2" X 3 1/2"
estimated shipping weight: approx 2 oz

It is a matte photo and there is some glare which I tried to reduce and took multiple pics in different lighting. If you have any questions, please ask before buying. I tried to get it in the best lighting possible to show it as well as possible. there might be a slight variation of color because of the lighting so I took many pics.

The Listed shipping price is for USPS first class mail in the US including delivery confirmation & insurance for orders over $12.00 in purchase price. International price is as noted for 1st class
