Twig Racer SVG Glowforge Laser Cutter Project

PLEASE NOTE: YOU ARE PURCHASING THE SVG FILE FOR GLOWFORGE LASER CUTTER.

The Twig Racer is an old fashioned folk toy that is powered by a thin bendy branch you find in your yard. Look for a hardwood twig that is already on the ground like under a maple tree or oak. It should be thin, curved, and about 18"-20" long. Be careful when you whittle the thick end of the stick to fit into the stick holder on front of the Twig Racer.

To build the JEMTOY Twig Racer you will need the curved 'C' shaped stick, about 18" of string, white glue, paper towels and cotton swabs to clean up glue blobs, and 1/8" thick Glowforge Proof Grade Medium Plywood or MDF. Put a small toy inside to give it a ride!

Be sure to drag tasks into proper order within Glowforge user interface:

Text & Logo: ENGRAVE > HD GRAPHIC
Black: 1st CUT
Red: 2nd CUT

I use the free program Inkscape to design these SVG files (download at: inkscape.org). If you need any other format other than SVG you will need to open the SVG in Inkscape and SAVE AS > (choose: PDF, DXF, etc...) I also teach a course called: Learn Inkscape For Glowforge.
