The planter boxes hold either (4) 5-gallon buckets, or (2) 5-gallon buckets - and they are a perfect solution to growing vegetables, flowers, herbs and more. The planter boxes are raised off the ground to provide easy gardening access for gardeners of any age, and are great for gardeners young and old, and every age in between. And the perfect compact size is great for decks and porches. The 4 bucket planter measures 32" square x 29" tall - the 2 bucket planter measures 32" wide x 20" deep x 29" tall.
Instead of having to fill raised beds with loads of soil, simply fill 5 gallon buckets with soil, and place inside the planter box. At season's end, they can be emptied with ease into the compost bin and are ready to go year after year.
Built with inexpensive 2 x 4's, the attractive planter boxes are sturdy and strong and will hold up to the toughest of weather conditions. And can easily hold trellises, or wire mesh to grow crops vertically too. Sides can be finished off with wood or metal for a unique look.
Requires minimal tools and wood working knowledge to complete - a great project for beginners or experienced wood workers. All you need is Miter Saw or Circular Saw, drill, and a level or square to complete.
Simple, easy to follow, step by step plans are included for both the (4) 5-Gallon Bucket Planter Box, and a (2) 5-Gallong Bucket Planter Box.
